We think ahead and provide an all round solution. We cover pay and bill, time sheet management, PAYE compliance and non PAYE (i.e. contractors) funding solutions. The Team
Key members of our team.
Amit is the CEO and has over 10+ years experience in recruitment finance. He is a qualified accountant (+16 years) and was the finance director (EMEA + APAC) for a recruitment business when it exited for circa £40m. He supported them post acquisition, helping the transition process. For the last 5 years, he has worked directly with serial entrepreneurs and private equity firms, acting as CFO helping to transform their businesses, via acquisitions, growth and exit events.
Garron is a senior finance director and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) in 2008. His passion lies in assisting SME’s building and developing their finance functions with exposure to both start-ups and high growth entities. Most recently, he acted as Group Financial Controller for a high growth, PE backed, recruitment business based in London
Systems should be friendly
From directing programmers to bespoke Bullhorn and working on other ATS(s) and various pay and bill systems, we understand how important the system infrastructure is and can advise on best practice. Good systems integrate and work seamlessly with finance systems. If they slow you down, we can use our knowledge in the industry to advise.
